Physical therapy is a non-surgical treatment that helps reduce pain, improve movement, and restore function after injury, surgery, or everyday strain. Through a combination of hands-on care, guided exercises, and education, we identify the cause of your symptoms and create a plan to help you move more comfortably and confidently in daily life.
Not sure if you need physical therapy? Call us — we’re happy to guide you.

Therapeutic exercise is a guided exercise program designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Each program is customized to your condition and activity level so you can safely return to normal daily activities.
We focus on teaching the right movements and building confidence with activity. As your symptoms improve, exercises are progressed to restore function, prevent re-injury, and help you stay active long-term.
In addition to helping recovery, regular movement and exercise also support overall health, energy, and well-being.

Manual therapy is the hands-on portion of treatment. Your therapist uses specific techniques to gently move joints and soft tissues to reduce pain, decrease muscle tightness, and improve mobility.
Techniques may include joint mobilization, soft tissue work, stretching, manual traction, and guided passive movement. Treatment is always adjusted to your comfort level.
Manual therapy is often combined with therapeutic exercise to help you move more comfortably, restore normal motion, and make progress more quickly.

Whether you were injured during a sport, workout, or regular activity, our goal is to help you safely return to what you enjoy. We evaluate movement patterns, strength, flexibility, and mechanics to identify the cause of the injury — not just the symptoms. Treatment focuses on restoring mobility, improving stability, and gradually progressing activity so you can return to exercise and recreation with confidence and reduced risk of re-injury. We also work with active individuals looking to optimize performance, improve movement efficiency, and prevent future injuries.

We treat patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, property-related injuries, and work-related injuries. Our therapists provide hands-on treatment along with guided exercise programs to reduce pain, restore mobility, and help you safely return to daily activities and work.
We also coordinate care with physicians, case managers, and attorneys when needed, and provide thorough documentation to support your recovery process.

Electrical stimulation is a safe and effective way to treat muscle spasms and pain. It can be combined with cold to decrease swelling and can be used with acute injuries. It can also be used to treat chronic pain.

Ultrasound uses sound waves to create deep heat in soft tissues such as muscle, tendons and ligaments. It increases circulation and speeds the healing process. Ultrasound can also be used to decrease pain, decrease muscle spasms and reduce swelling.

Light therapy increases the production of ATP resulting in an increase cellular activity and faster healing. It has been approved by the FDA as a noninvasive alternative to surgery. Some common diagnosis treated with light therapy are plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, peripheral vascular disease, arthritis, back pain, and post-surgical healing.

The ThermoStim Probe is a new and innovative way for the physical therapist to deliver electrical stimulation, massage and heat/cold at the same time. It can be used on the cold setting to decrease pain and muscle spasms or on the heat setting to relax muscles and heat fascia and soft tissues.
